Ingredients:
- 1 Tbs vegetable oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 Tbs paprika
- 2 1/2 Tbs flour
- 1 1/4 c. chicken stock
- 4 Tbs dry white wine (or sherry)
- 2/3 c. sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
1. Using skillet, heat the oil.
2. Add onions and cook until soft.
3. Add Paprika and Flour stirring constantly for 2 minutes.
5. Add wine and salt and pepper to taste.
6. Cover and simmer gently for 20 minutes.
7. Stir in sour cream.
8. Serve and Enjoy!!!
