A weekly art/craft project by Ashlin, Sarah or Both. We wanted to challenge ourselves to be creative and try to expand our skills. We'd love to have some feedback and suggestions for improvement, so please leave a comment when you visit. Thanks! A few posts will be Tom's handy work, but Ashlin or I will be writing it up for him as he doesn't like to write.

Jewelry Cabinet #3: Clock Front
Last weekend, Tom and I stopped at a garage sale and found this clock. I decided it would be a great jewelry cabinet. I figured the lower picture frame could be filled with a family photo or left lone.
The Clock measures 20 1\4" tall by 11" wide. The dark walnut stain was the closest I could come to matching the front color. It's a little darker, but still looks good.
The top shelf has 10 jewelry hooks and measures 13" tall. The bottom shelf has 10 hooks as well and measures 5 1/4" tall. There are 2 brass earring dowels behind the clock that measure 8 1/8" wide. There is a blue velvet backing inside the box.
